LentiBOOST is a chemical transduction enhancer simultaneously neutralizing electrostatic repulsion between cell membrane and virion and enhancing viral membrane fusion. In contrast to other chemical enhancers, LentiBOOST shows no toxic effects even in high concentrations. Therefore LentiBOOST is highly recommended for hard to transduce cells even in the presence of other transduction enhancers. LentiBOOST-R Research grade material is used for basic research only and is not transferable to the clinic.
